Be guided in mindful movement with attention to breath. This class moves through postures at a refreshing pace to increase strength, mobility, and balance. Meditation and breath work are interspersed throughout. All levels welcome; this class is adaptable to the abilities of its participants.
This class will be held at Wildlife Prairie Park, Hespell Deck (except for January 28th class which will be in Prairie Hall) at 3826 N Taylor Rd, Hanna City, IL
