Winter Sound Healing

with Harley Easton

Take an hour for yourself to reach a relaxing “zenful” state with Winter Sound Healing with Harley Easton, a certified Sound Healer.

Join us for an immersive sound bath using crystal singing bowls, a rain stick, zen chimes, and healing affirmations to bring listeners to a relaxed state. Sound vibration can flip the human nervous system from sympathetic (fight or flight) to parasympathetic (rest and relaxation). In the parasympathetic state, blood pressure, heart rate, and cortisol levels are reduced, leading to better overall well-being. A 2017 study in the Journal of Evidence Based Complementary & Alternative Medicine found that "Singing bowl meditation may be a feasible low-cost low technology intervention for reducing feelings of tension, anxiety, and depression, and increasing spiritual well-being."

Like yoga sessions, sound baths offer benefits like stress reduction, improved sleep, better mood, improved focus, increased energy and creativity.
