Join us for an immersive sound bath using crystal singing bowls, a rain stick, zen chimes, and healing affirmations to bring listeners to a relaxed state. In the parasympathetic state, blood pressure, heart rate, and cortisol levels are reduced, leading to better overall well-being. Location: Meet at the Visitor Center. Most classes will take place in the Log Room, but will always meet at the Visitor Center before heading to the class location.
Tips from the Pros: Wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket. Chairs will be available if you prefer. It’s all about being as comfortable as possible.
