Speakers

Barb Claxton is an ICF-certified Life and Leadership Coach with expertise in group facilitation, adult education, and leadership development. She has worked in educational, healthcare, non-profit, and governmental settings, helping individuals and organizations embrace empowering mindsets, increase emotional intelligence, and lead with clarity.

Roy Webb, a retired Superintendent of Schools and Brigadier General in the Iowa National Guard, brings over 33 years of leadership experience. He has commanded at various levels and served as a deputy commanding general. With deployments in Desert Storm and Afghanistan, Roy has honed the ability to lead diverse teams and inspire performance under pressure.

Diane Roe serves as the Vice President of Member Experience, Organizational & Employee Development at CEFCU, where her passion for empowering teams and fostering meaningful connections drives success. With a wealth of expertise in crafting vision, strategy, and guiding principles, Diane is a dynamic leader dedicated to cultivating quality service and championing a thriving sales culture. Her commitment to inspiring growth and creating impactful experiences makes her a catalyst for transformative leadership. In addition to her professional achievements, Diane lends her talents to the Board of Directors at Wildlife Prairie Park. Her strategic insight, leadership acumen, and dedication to enhancing experiences are invaluable in guiding the Park’s mission.
