Come celebrate our National Mammal, the Bison, at Wildlife Prairie Park!

10 am – 12:30 pm | FREE hayrack rides through the Bison and Elk Pasture every 30 minutes

12 – 1 pm | Our Buddy the Bison: America’s National Mammal Critters and Cookies Program
-A one-hour, elementary-oriented learning experience that will include a presentation on the week’s topic, an encounter with one of Wildlife Prairie Park’s animal ambassadors, and a craft or activity centered around the topic of the week. Registration required.

1 – 2 pm | Eagle Ridge Dancers and Jo & Jimmy Lakota Performance

2 – 3 pm | The American Bison: Conservation Icon Critters and Coffee Program  
-A one-hour wildlife education/ecology-oriented program designed for adults. Registration required.

3 pm | Black Bear or Wolf Keeper Chat
-Meet outside the Visitor Center
