 Are you doing the Day of Enlightenment this year? 

Yes, the Day of Enlightenment will still be taking place on Friday, however, the faire will be fully open as well and the programming will be slightly different than the year’s past

What can I expect my children to learn about during the Day of Enlightenment?

The program begins with a joust at 10 am. The children are then split into 5 smaller groups and will rotate between modules including: Historic Birds of Prey, Arms & Armour, Siege Weapons, Life of a Knight, and Light & Heavy Armour Joust.

Will vendors be open during the Day of Enlightenment?

Yes! The faire will be in full swing.

Is Friday a free day for members?

Yes! All WPP members will get into the faire for free on Friday

What if it rains?

All events at Wildlife Prairie Park are outdoors, rain or shine, and nonrefundable. Please dress for the weather!

Can I buy food?

Yes!
We will have a variety of foods available for purchase all day. Turkey legs, meat pies, kettle corn, drinks, and so so much more! Come Hungry!

Can we dress up?

Yes! Children ad adults alike are encouraged to dress as princesses, pirates, robinhood, fairies, maidens and other creative costumes are encouraged.

Guests who dress in garb will receive $1 off admission.

 

How much is parking? 

Parking is $5 cash only.  The walk to the faire ground takes about 7 minutes. For those with handicap needs or other conditions that would prohibit walking,  take a ride on the shuttle bus!

 What are the hours?

Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday 9am-5pm
Sunday 9am- 5pm
Park Hours: 9am-6:30pm

What is the weapon policy?

All weapons must be peace tied or zip tied. No drawing of weapons may occur at the Olde English Faire. Wildlife Prairie Park reserve the right to ask all disorderly guests to leave the faire.

Do you take debit or credit cards?

Wildlife Prairie Park will accept debit or credit cards at the front gate for admission tickets. Many vendors will accept debit and credit cards but not all. Please bring cash or use our portable  ATM. Parking is cash only.
